The Mailroom
In my last year at university, I was tasked with a partner to create a game from scratch with a partner for my final in a game design class. In our discussion on the development of the game, we had an idea where a mail sorting clerk at a border post office could decide the fate of several neighboring countries. The idea would later evolve into The Mailroom.
In the game, you, the sorting clerk, would be charged with taking incoming mail, identifying its content and destination, and putting the postage parcel into the correct outbox. Some of the documents would be benign, others would be incredibly important. Partial inspiration for the game came from Papers Please, which was recently released.
I was personally tasked with creating the assets, which you can see below.
